A Bushfire Management Statement is a part of a BMO Report that's needed to address the objectives of the BMO for a planning application.

 

The statement addresses the planning objectives of the Victorian Planning Scheme's Clauses 13.02, 44.06 and 53.02, and responds to the broader landscape, building siting and design, defendable space (vegetation management), bushfire construction (BAL), static water supply (water tank) and access (driveway construction).
