A Bushfire Management Statement is a part of a BMO Report that's needed to address the objectives of the BMO for a planning application.

 

The statement addresses the planning objectives of the Victorian Planning Scheme's Clauses 13.02, 44.06 and 53.02, and responds to the broader landscape, building siting and design, defendable space for vegetation management, bushfire construction (BAL), water supply and emergency vehicle access.
